Step 01 — Discovery

Understanding your project and communication goals

We begin with a structured conversation about your project. Not a sales call. We want to understand the construction phase, the target audience for the video, how the content will be distributed and what the team has already communicated visually. This conversation typically takes 45 to 60 minutes and can happen remotely. The output is a clear brief that both sides agree on before any production work begins.

Step 02 — Pre-Production

Planning the shoot before arriving on site

Good location shoots require preparation. We review project plans, existing photos and any previous video material. For construction sites, we coordinate with the site manager to understand access, safety protocols and the areas that best represent the current progress stage. For institutional films, we develop a shot list and script outline. For testimonials, we prepare an interview framework with the buyer in advance so the conversation feels natural on camera.

Step 03 — Production

On-site filming with minimal disruption

Our team arrives with a clear plan and works efficiently. Construction sites are active workplaces and we adapt to that reality. We do not require large crew setups or lengthy lighting rigs. For drone work, we handle all required permits and coordinate flight windows with the site team. Filming sessions typically run from half a day to two full days depending on the package. We communicate progress to your team throughout the shoot day.

Step 04 — Post-Production

Editing, color and delivery preparation

Editing is where the story takes shape. We cut for clarity and pacing, not for length. Color grading is applied consistently with your brand palette. Music is selected from licensed libraries and cleared for commercial use. Motion graphics and lower-thirds are added where relevant. You receive a first cut for review within the agreed timeline. We incorporate one round of consolidated feedback before final delivery. Final files are exported in all required formats.

Step 05 — Delivery

Final files formatted for every platform

Final delivery includes all agreed formats: 16:9 for web and presentation screens, 9:16 for social stories and reels, 1:1 where needed. Files are delivered via a shared cloud folder with clear naming conventions. We include a brief usage guide explaining which file is appropriate for each channel. For ongoing project documentation, we maintain an organized archive of all footage and deliverables from previous sessions.
